With the clock ticking down and the scores tied, managers across the top four tiers would kill for a player with a penchant for dramatic match-winning goals - but QPR boss Mark Warburton needn't worry!
Hoops manager Warburton was in exactly that situation last Saturday with the west London side drawing 0-0 with West Bromwich Albion at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.
Unfortunately for the Baggies, their former forward Charlie Austin had come off the bench for Rangers for the latter stages - and when it comes to matchwinning goals, there is nobody more dangerous in English football than the 32-year-old striker.
Over the past 10 seasons across 'The 92' - Austin had turned draws into victories on no fewer than 25 occasions going into Saturday's contest...and he had a 26th matchwinner up his sleeve especially for his former employers.
In the 89th minute, a cross was drifted into the Baggies' box by QPR's Chris Willock and the right man was in the right place at the right time to bury his header and win a precious three points for his side.
Austin's matchwinner moved him top of the pile, in terms of deciding goals over the past 10 seasons - one ahead of Sheffield United's Billy Sharp and Salford City's Ian Henderson.
