Manchester United's journey in the UEFA Women's Champions League came to an end on Wednesday as they fell to Paris Saint-Germain in the second round of qualifying.
In the second leg held in France, United suffered a 3-1 defeat, resulting in a 4-2 aggregate loss to the two-time Champions League finalists, PSG.
Lieke Martens opened the scoring for the hosts in the 17th minute, but United's midfielder, Lisa Naalsund, managed to level the tie again in the 47th minute at the Parc des Princes.
However, just a minute later, the French side regained the lead with Martens netting her second goal of the match.
Sandy Baltimore then extended PSG's lead, giving the French side a two-goal advantage, and effectively ending United's aspirations of progressing to the group stages.
With the defeat suffered by Marc Skinner's side, the only British representative in the Champions League group stages will be the WSL champions, Chelsea.
