Bromley made history by clinching their first promotion to the EFL as they beat Solihull Moors 4-3 on penalties after a 2-2 draw in extra-time at Wembley.
The Ravens had the better start and broke the deadlock just before half-time through their top scorer Michael Cheek.
Moors responded swiftly, levelling the score three minutes into the second half through Joe Sbarra.
Cheek doubled Bromley's lead on the hour mark from the penalty spot after being fouled in the box.
However, Solihull's captain Jamey Osborne struck back shortly after to equalise once more, leading the match into extra-time.
Despite Bromley's efforts, including Alex Kirk hitting the woodwork twice in extra-time, the play-off final headed for a penalty shootout for the second consecutive year.
Bromley keeper Grant Smith saved the first two penalties from Tyrese Shade and Joss Labadie, while Nick Hayes denied Ashley Charles in the second penalty.
No one missed after that and Bromley skipper Byron Webster stepped up to convert his side’s last penalty, securing their promotion to League Two.
