West Ham United are set to complete the signing of Italian international Emerson Palmieri from Chelsea.
The left-back is set to cost the Hammers an initial £13m with the potential of a further £2m in add-ons to be paid in the future. The 28-year-old is expected to sign a five-year deal with his medical tests at his new club to be completed today.
Palmieri spent last season on loan at French side Lyon where he played 36 games following four seasons at Stamford Bridge after signing for the Blues from Roma in 2018.
During his time at Chelsea, Palmieri won the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Super Cup.
