Despite knowing our top three in League Two already there were play-off places and one relegation spot still to decide on the final day.
Barrow went into this game seventh in the table taking up the final play-off place but they knew it would be a difficult task to stay there as they took on the already-promoted Mansfield Town.
Indeed, it was the Stags who took the lead in Cumbria through George Maris in the 17th minute.
The home side battled back though and drew level in the second period through Kian Spence.
A draw wasn't enough for Barrow though who finished eighth after Crawley Town snuck into the final play-off place. Danilo Orsi and Klaidi Lolos both scored in the first half to get the Red Devils a 2-0 win at home to Grimsby Town.
That result means Crawley will take on the MK Dons in their play-off semi-final.

Speaking of the Dons, they played out an entertaining 4-4 draw at home to Sutton United. Sutton were fighting for their life in the hopes of overtaking Colchester United. Things weren't going well when the visitors found themselves two goals down at half-time.
They battled back in a thrilling game and eventually earned a draw through Harry Smith's stoppage-time leveller. Regardless, they drop down to the National League alongside the already-relegated Forest Green Rovers.
Even if Sutton had found an even later winner in that game it wouldn't have been enough with Colchester United earning a draw at home to Crewe Alexandra – though Colchester were leading until the 92nd minute.
That result made no difference to Crewe though who will take on Doncaster Rovers in their play-off game.
Thank you for always being our 12th man
