Peterborough United manager Darren Ferguson reckons Peterborough have a "rare" talent on their hands in the shape of new signing Ryan de Havilland.
Signed from National League Barnet, the 22-year-old central midfielder joins Posh after scoring seven goals and supplying seven assists in the fifth tier last season.
United have snapped up the former Fulham academy graduate for an undisclosed fee, on a four-year deal, and manager Ferguson believes he has added a top prospect to the ranks.
"We think we have a good player on our hands," Ferguson told the club website.
"He is a box-to-box midfield player, he has a good engine and he is both footed, which is very rare these days."
Posh are also on the verge of signing defender Romoney Crichlow from Huddersfield, the defender agreeing a two-year deal and set to complete the move when his Terriers contract expires.
