Sheffield United have had two players ruled out for the rest of the season with Jayden Bogle and David McGoldrick both requiring operations.
Young defender Jayden Bogle is expected to be for approximately six months after having undergone knee surgery. Meanwhile, David McGoldrick has picked up a thigh injury that will also require an operation.
The news comes just two weeks after Rhian Brewster picked up a hamstring injury that also required surgery and cut the 21-year old’s season short.
Despite the injuries, Paul Heckingbottom’s have been in good form lately and won 4-0 against Swansea City last weekend. The Blades are currently sixth in the Championship table.
