KR defeated Glenavon by 2x1

KR beat Glenavon, 2x1, on Thursday, in a match relating of Europa League [Qualification]. Both Reykjavík's team and Lurgan's team held their first game in the competition.

After 14 minutes, Simon Kelly opened the scoring for Glenavon.  with 40 minutes on the clock, Pálmi Pálmason fired home for KR.

Sub Holmbert Fridjonsson , in the 73rd minute, changed the course of the game. Midfielder netted the last goal after 79 minutes from the penalty spot.
