Eibar triumphed over Espanyol, 3x1, on Sunday, on matchweek 14. To this matchday, José Luis Mendilibar's team came from two wins, and Quique Flores's team came from a win.
The first goal was scored by Kike García with 9 minutes on the clock. After 38 minutes, Eibar extended their lead with a goal from Iván Alejo with a right-foot shot from outside the penalty box.
