Leicester City triumphed over Fulham in a close win on Tuesday, 2x1, in a match relating of FA Youth Cup. Both Trevor Peake's team and Colin Omogbehin's team held their first game in the competition.
The first half came to an end without goals.
The opening goal was scored by Will Russ in the 54th minute. After 64 minutes, Matt O´Riley fired home for Fulham, from the penalty spot.
Luke Thomas netted the last goal in the closing stages of the game from the penalty spot.
Thanks to this result, Leicester City are through to the next round of the competition. In the next fixture, Leicester's team will host Crewe Alexandra.
