Valerenga move on to the next round of Women Champions League

Valerenga edged out KFF Mitrovica, 5x0, on Wednesday, in a match relating of the Women Champions League. Both Jack Majgaard's team and Veton Citaku's team held their first game in the competition. Elise Thorsnes was the man of the match.

Janni Thomsen opened the score in the 29th minute.

Valerenga scored their second goal of the game through midfielder, after 57 minutes. After 76 minutes, Oslo's team increased their lead with a goal from Elise Thorsnes. With 88 minutes on the clock, Jack Majgaard's team extended their lead with a goal from forward. Elise Thorsnes completed the hat-trick, in the final minutes of the game.

Thanks to this result, Valerenga are through to the next round of the competition. With regard to the next fixture, Jack Majgaard's team will play at home against PAOK, whilst KFF Mitrovica will host Anenii Noi.
