Euro U21 (Qual.): Croatia lose out to Finland

Finland triumphed over Croatia in a close win on Tuesday, 2x3, in a match relating to the Grp.1 of the Euro U21 (Qual.). Toni Fruk was decisive with 1 goal. In the starting XI there was Viljami Sinisalo and Terry Ablade.

The opening goal was scored by Naatan Skyttä after 11 minutes. In the 29th minute, Finland extended their lead with a goal from midfielder. With 45 minutes already played, Finland's national team increased their lead with a goal from Terry Ablade.

With 46 minutes on the clock, forward was subbed. After 68 minutes, Roko Simic wasted the chance to score. With 71 minutes on the clock, Josip Sutalo fired home for Croatia. In the closing stages of the game, Toni Fruk netted the final goal of the game, assisted by Gabriel Vidovic.

With regard to the next fixture, Finland visit Austria, whilst Croatia will play away against Norway.
