Gillingham beat Dag and Red

Gillingham triumphed over Dag and Red in a close win on Thursday, 3x2, in a match relating of the FA Cup.

After 15 minutes, Matt Robinson opened the scoring for Dag and Red, with a right-foot strike from outside the box. In the 26th minute, Elkan Baggott fired home for Gillingham, from a corner.

Neil Harris's team scored their second goal of the game through Max Ehmer, with 77 minutes on the clock, from a corner. After 79 minutes, Daryl McMahon's team saw Harry Phipps get a straight red card with 84 minutes on the clock, George Saunders struck the second goal for Dag and Red, with a right-foot shot inside the penalty box. After 90 minutes, Hakeeb Adelakun scored the last goal of the match, with a left-foot shot inside the penalty area.

In the next fixture, Gillingham will host Leicester City.
