Premier League 2: Nottingham Forest lose out to Blackburn Rovers

Blackburn Rovers triumphed over Nottingham Forest, 1-5, on Monday, on to matchday 16 of the Premier League 2. In this competition, both teams came from a defeat.

The opening goal was scored by Zak Gilsenan after 29 minutes. In the 32nd minute, Semir Telalovic struck the second goal for Blackburn Rovers. After 34 minutes, Mike Sheron's team increased their lead with a goal from Dilan Markanday. Shortly before the interval, Blackburn Rovers extended their lead with a goal from Jake Batty.

After 64 minutes, Ben Perry struck for Nottingham Forest. With 81 minutes on the clock, Leo Duru scored the last goal of the match.
