Colombia are the only non-European national side in the top-10 as they sit sixth in the table.
The top-10 of this month's FIFA rankings is completed by Portugal, Netherlands, Croatia and Russia complete the top 10.
The Ivory Coast are Africa's highest ranked team occupying the 13th place, while 2014 World Cup hosts, Brazil, have to settle for 18th position.
