Arsenal midfielder Frida Maanum will miss the upcoming international break after collapsing during last Sunday's Conti Cup final.
The Gunners defeated Chelsea in that game at Molineux with an 116th-minute Stina Blackstenius goal but celebrations were dampened with concern for Maanum who collapsed on the pitch late into regulation time.
Since then Maanum has been stable and travelled home with the team after the game but she will not be risked for the upcoming international break as Norway begin their qualification campaign for Euro 2025.
"Frida Maanum will continue to be closely monitored by our medical team at Arsenal this week and will therefore not meet up with the Norwegian national team before their game on Friday," said the North London club in a statement.
"We are liaising closely with the Norwegian medical team. Frida is stable and doing well and we'll share further updates as and when we receive them."
The Gunners are next in action on Saturday 14th April as they host Bristol City in the WSL.
