Lee Carsley has announced the squad for England's men's under-21s team, set to take on Azerbaijan and Luxembourg in the U21 EURO 2025 qualifiers this March.
Manchester United's Kobbie Mainoo receives his first call-up to the U21s squad, joining the likes of Liverpool's Harvey Elliott.
Additionally, newcomers such as Teden Mengi from Luton Town, Chelsea's Carney Chukwuemeka, Bournemouth's Alex Scott, Archie Gray from Leeds United, and Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa have been selected.
These matches mark Lee Carsley's team's first games of 2024, following their previous victories of 3-0 against Northern Ireland and Serbia last November at Goodison Park.
The Young Lions will kick off their campaign with an away game in Baku on Friday, March 22nd, before returning home to face Luxembourg at Bolton’s Toughsheet Stadium on Tuesday, March 26th.
