Manchester United are likely to battle it out with PSG for Napoli forward Victor Osimhen's signature this summer.
The Nigeria international has a reported release clause in his contract of around £94million and an article in The Sun indicates that Osimhen will attract plenty of interest this summer.
With Sir Jim Ratcliffe now a partial owner of the club, the Red Devils are likely to be active in the transfer market as they look to strengthen their squad and pursue a more "forward thinking" transfer strategy.
According to the Independent, Osimhen is viewed as an ideal signing due to his age and profile, and is seen as a perfect foil to Rasmus Hojlund.
These reports suggest, however, that United will face stiff competition for Osimhen with both Chelsea and Arsenal likely to enter the running.
Planning for life after Kylian Mbappe, PSG are also reportedly keen on the 25-year-old, who has previous Ligue 1 experience having hit 18 goals in 38 games for Lille back in the 2019-20 season.
Since joining Napoli, Osimhen has scored 72 goals in 123 appearances - helping them win Serie A last term.
