Mohamed Ihattaren's attempted football comeback has suffered another blow with the news that Slavia Prague have lost patience with the player.
The talented Ihattaren has struggled to live up to expectations since bursting onto the scene with PSV Eindhoven as a youngster.
The former Dutch international had disciplinary issues with the club before making an ill-fated move to Juventus. Ihattaren didn't play a game for Juve and only made the bench during a brief loan spell with Sampdoria.
There were signs that Ihattaren could still have a future in the game during a brief loan spell at Ajax where the forward played primarily for the club's B side Jong Ajax but did eventually make a cup appearance for the senior side against former club PSV.
After leaving Juventus on a free transfer, Ihattaren signed for Turkish side Samsunspor but the transfer eventually fell through.
Slavia Prague were the latest club to give Ihattaren a chance but according to Dutch outlet Voetbal International, the club and player are set to part ways with a 'lack of professionalism' cited as the reason.
Ihattaren is still just 22 but he is quickly running out of chances to resurrect what had once been a promising career.
