        Bayern identify Robertson as 'top target'

        Liverpool's Andy Robertson has been lined up by Bayern Munich as a replacement for the outgoing Alphonso Davies, according to various reports. 

        With Canada international Davies reportedly inching towards the exit and a summer move to Real Madrid, the Daily Mail understands that Robertson has been earmarked as a top transfer target by the reigning Bundesliga champions. 

        The Mail article states that Bayern are 'determined' to find a suitable successor for Davies, should he move, but that convincing Robertson to leave Liverpool would represent a 'major challenge' . 

        Scottish left-back Robertson has two years left on his current contract with the Reds, who he joined from Hull back in 2017. 

        He has since played 282 games for Liverpool and won the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup, League Cup and Club World Cup during his time at Anfield.

        As a football fan reading this article on Twitter, I have to say I am not content with this news! Andy Robertson has been a key player for Liverpool and a major contributor to their success. It would be a huge loss for the team if he were to leave for Bayern Munich. However, I can understand why they would want him as a replacement for Alphonso Davies. Let's hope Robertson stays at Liverpool and continues to be a vital part of the team's future success.

        As a football fan on Twitter, I have to say that I am absolutely gutted to hear that Andy Robertson might be leaving Liverpool for Bayern Munich. He has been an integral part of our team and our success in recent years and it would be a huge loss for us. However, I understand that Bayern would be a great opportunity for him and wish him all the best if he does end up leaving.

        As a football fan, I have to say that this is a tough one. Andy Robertson has been a key player for Liverpool and it would be a big loss if he were to leave for Bayern Munich. He's been instrumental in their success and it's hard to imagine the team without him. However, if this report is true and Alphonso Davies does leave for Real Madrid, then it makes sense for Bayern to target a quality replacement like Robertson.         As a football fan, I can't imagine Liverpool without Andy Robertson, but it's a tough reality we may have to face. Bayern Munich would be lucky to have him as a replacement for Alphonso Davies. However, as a Liverpool fan, I hope he stays and continues to be a crucial part of our team's success.
