The Wednesday night's FA Youth Cup final between Manchester United and Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford has sold out of tickets - smashing the attendance record for the competition.
United confirmed on Tuesday afternoon that 63,500 tickets - priced at just £1 - had been sold for the showpiece game with all receipts going to the club's charity foundation.
Later in the afternoon, it was no longer possible to purchase any ticket.

The attendance will beat the 60,356 who pulled up to the Premier League game between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United back in October, as well as the 60,223 crowd who watched Arsenal against the Red Devils two weeks ago.
The previous Youth Cup attendance record of 38,187, set for the first leg between Arsenal and United in March 2007, will be easily overtaken tomorrow.
Manchester United are the most successful club in FA Youth Cup history, winning the competition on 10 occasions, with the most recent being in 2011, which included current first-team players Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard.

Old Trafford officially sold out —70,000-plus — and nearly 6,000 Forest fans heading up on a Wednesday night to support their under-18s.
That’s pretty 👌🏻 from both clubs. #MUFC #NFFC
